September Currently!

Hey there! I'm back and this month I am not only linking up with the lovely Farley for her Currently link-up…I am also hosting this link up! I am so excited!

Let's get this party rollin'!

Listening- My fiancé is currently flipping back and forth between "Don't be Tardy" and "In Time"…I am not upset with either choice :)

Loving- This weekend marked exactly one year since my fiancé asked me to marry him! Needless to say, this weekend has been filled with Husker football, Family and friends and I could not be happier. Yes, we have had a super long engagement, but it have really been able to enjoy this wedding planning process. I can't wait for June!

Thinking- Tonight I completed my very first Fantasy football draft.  I have watched "the boys" do it for years and figured that if you can't beat them you might as well join them. So, I set-up two of my own teams (with the help of my patient fiancé ) and now I will have more of a reason to pay attention when football is on :)

Wanting- This long weekend has been wonderful and I definitely wouldn't be upset to extend just one more day…it's wishful thinking on my part.

Needing- I have a mountain of laundry that seems to be growing at an alarming rate.  Laundry is so easy to do and I still loathe doing it! UGH! Maybe I'll get it done tomorrow …maybe.

3 Trips- Oh I love this one! I have never been to Vegas and would love to go, but haven't had the chance. I started school the week of the TPT conference so it just didn't work out. I have dreamed of going to Greece on day…the water is just so blue! Hawaii…who doesn't want to go to Hawaii!

Well, there ya have it folks!  I hope you enjoyed your stop on my little ole' blog and I hope to see you back here soon! If you want to keep up with me go ahead and follow my blog and on Instagram!

Thanks for stoppin' by!

  1. Hi Megan! I'm excited for you about your first Fantasy Football season. I hope your teams do well. I'm not a huge football fan but I love to hear about the competitions. You do have a long engagement! Patient girl, you are! The second my husband proposed I wanted to be married the next day! Ha! Have a great Labor Day!

  2. Congrats for hosting this months Currently. It's funny how our (I'm in Australia) footy season is coming to an end & yours is starting. Good Luck with your fantasy team.

  4. Great post and congrats on hosting and your engagement! Cant say that I've had the pleasure of fantasy football but good luck anyway!

  5. Greece is on my (long) list too! Good luck with your Fantasy football teams. The male teachers at school are obsessed with theirs!

  6. YES to the laundry - it is so easy to do and yet I just can't get it done! I think it's cuz it's not a one and done deal - you have to keep going up and down to the machines. I did better when I was living in an apartment and had to go to the laundromat - then I could do all the loads at one time!
    Thanks for sharing!

  7. I had a long engagement, too! I loved being able to take my sweet ole time making wedding decisions! I am jealous you are participating in FF. I beg every year to get in on my hubby's team but NO ONE ever leaves!!

  11. What a SUPER cute blog! I'm so glad I found it through Currently.

Also, I H-A-T-E laundry. On Saturday, we had terrible storms and it knocked out our power RIGHT as I was about to do laundry. I'm not gonna lie - I was super excited. I just sat my giant laundry basket down and walked away. Sadly, it's still waiting for me today. haha

  12. Fun! I have never done Fantasy Football, good luck! Don't be Tardy is my guilty pleasure - I didn't care for Kim on Real Housewives, but I love here here!

  13. I do fantasy football!!! It is so fun, luckily I grew up with a big brother who allowed me to hang out with him and so I LOVE football!!! Good Luck!!!

  14. I'm SO HAPPY that football season is here! I don't do fantasy football because I'm already a total football junkie and I can't imagine what I would become if I started up a fantasy team. Yes please to another day added on to this holiday weekend. Starting school is exhausting!
